Compensation:
$17/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Role Summary:


Efficiently and accurately select products and prepare orders for dispatch while adhering to all safety protocols and ensuring compliance with quality standards, thereby maintaining a smooth flow of goods through the production pipeline.

Operate independently and communicate effectively with other departments (verbally/written/computer) to facilitate organized workflow.

Act as a collaborative team member within the department and organization, as needed, and undertake any tasks assigned to best support the company.


Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Precisely and efficiently select and package products according to set standards.
Operate scanning devices.
Package orders to meet customer specifications and/or from provided guidelines.
Achieve established productivity and quality benchmarks.

Proactively identify errors, troubleshoot issues, and suggest solutions, providing honest and timely feedback across all organizational levels, engaging others in problem-solving when necessary, and ensuring all responsibilities are completed successfully.

Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

6-12 months of experience in warehouse and/or distribution settings

Ability to work scheduled/assigned hours and required overtime for the role

Capable of standing, walking, reaching, and lifting repeatedly throughout the shift

Able to lift and stack products weighing between 10-35 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds during the shift

Comfortable working in varying temperature environments, including cooler, freezer, and dry storage

Pass a pre-employment drug screening
