Position Overview: As a Refrigeration Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, emptying trash, snow removal, and landscaping maintenance. Expect to work in extreme temperatures ranging from -25°F to 100°F within our distribution center. No prior experience is necessary; we will provide the training you need to succeed.

Compensation: Starting pay is $17.53/hour, which includes a $1.00 premium for 3rd shift work.

Work Schedule:

  • Sunday to Thursday work week, with Fridays and Saturdays off.
  • 3rd Shift - 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM.

Are You a Good Fit?
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (-25°F to 100°F) is essential, as most of your shift will be spent in the freezer.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English for understanding labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, and completing paperwork.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required.
