We're seeking a skilled Loan Originations Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring our lending process is borrower-friendly, detail-oriented, and operationally efficient.

About the Role

This position involves processing mortgage loan originations for residential investment properties in compliance with our Credit Policy. You'll manage third parties to collect and verify documents, complete pre-closing requirements, and ensure an exceptional member experience by providing proactive communication on the status of their loan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process mortgage loan originations for residential investment properties
  • Manage third parties to collect and verify documents and complete pre-closing requirements
  • Ensure an exceptional member experience through proactive communication and timely responses
  • Communicate effectively across teams involved in the funnel (sales, underwriting, closing, post-closing)
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing, including coordinating with third parties
  • 1+ year of remote work experience in a customer-facing role
  • Prior experience in FinTech or PropTech environment a plus
