If you are seeking a rewarding role that utilizes your customer service skills in a structured environment, consider the position of Customer Service/Expeditor. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication with our small business members regarding the status of construction estimate submissions.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with members and insurance carriers to investigate and resolve issues related to claims, jobs, and estimates.
- Work collaboratively with members to ensure timely submission of all claims or job estimates in accordance with carrier requirements.
- Provide ongoing support for program timelines and utilize proprietary CCA claim/job management software.
- Manage claim and estimate update notifications within the CCA software system.
- Conduct regular reviews of assigned member program performance to ensure compliance with carrier standards.
- High school diploma required; an Associate's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a business-related or customer service role; retail experience is advantageous.
- Comfortable engaging in coaching conversations with contractors over the phone.
- Adept at learning new software applications quickly.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Collaborate with a passionate team of leaders and peers.
