At ManTech International Corporation, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Business Lead to join our team in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our MI Division, you'll play a critical role in delivering advanced technical solutions to government organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business management, with a proven track record of providing senior executive-level advisory and staff support. You'll be responsible for tracking and reporting on action items, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and developing and delivering senior executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior executive-level advisory and staff support to the Director, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff, and Government Leads/Program Managers.
  • Track and report on action items at senior staff meetings.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and briefings.
  • Develop and deliver senior executive presentations and multimedia content.
  • Provide logistical support for senior staff meetings and reviews.
  • Develop and implement process improvements plans.
  • Evaluate and deliver TIER action responses.
  • Responsible for small non-technical projects as assigned by the client.
  • Provide technical support at action item status meetings.
  • Participate in internal and external committees, integrated product teams, and staff meetings.
  • Assist executive support staff and cover their non-governmental functions.
  • Review Intelligence Community (IC) policy documents and provide highlights to the Director and others.
  • Support, develop, update, and implement organizational strategy, governance, and outreach activities.
  • Work on short-fused actions and briefings, maintaining open communications with internal and external organizations.
  • Track and facilitate personnel in processing and out-processing.
  • Lead and manage functional teams as a Technical Lead and Career Manager.
  • Create and post job requisitions, interview and evaluate candidates, and aid hiring actions across functional teams.
  • Provide functional input to contractual deliverables and ensure timely submission.
  • Provide backup support to Program Managers as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and ten years of related business management experience.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have current IC/NRO experience.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships across all levels and Parent Elements of Government clients.
  • Possess and demonstrate a positive attitude with a paramount desire to fill organizational objectives through complete customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service experience; problem-solving; collaboration – interfaces with all levels of senior government leadership and employees.
  • Ability to work independently; lead a multi-person team; and coordinate multiple projects to completion.
  • Experience in developing organizational strategy relative to facilities and logistics, Strategic Communications, Action Tasking, Records Management, Training Facilitation, Human Resources, and Administrative support are highly desired.
  • Experience operating in a SAP/CAP environment highly desired.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client activities.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
