Job Summary

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Marriott, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel functions. You will work across departments to provide administrative support, serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors, and act as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments.
  • Support team to reach common goals and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
