Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Program Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Education Policy and Implementation Center (EPIC) team, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs and projects, including researching and analyzing data, creating reports, and coordinating logistics.
  • Support the EPIC Manager for Business Affairs in tracking departmental reports, coordinating department projects, and implementing NEA policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical support to member training programs, including coordinating print production and developing materials.
  • Interact with internal and external audiences, including NEA membership, to support EPIC initiatives.
Requirements
  • Associate of Arts degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three years of progressively responsible program and administrative experience, including writing and editing skills, presentation material development, and technical program assistance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint and OneDrive, and experience with Cvent software for conference planning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel required.
