Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Growth Advisor. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader to shape and execute strategies across sales, government affairs, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting DoD accounts to maximize revenue and ensure on-contract growth.
- Pipeline Management: Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline, maintaining consistent deal flow and predictable conversion rates.
- Deal Closure: Navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts to secure high-value agreements that align with our objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers and mission partners to strengthen our position in the defense sector.
- Experience: Significant experience in a senior strategy, sales, or growth roles, focused on the defense market.
- Skills: Deep understanding of defense procurement processes, including rapid prototyping, POM cycles, and direct-to-unit sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus equity options, a 401k plan, employer-paid employee medical, dental, and vision benefits, 12 paid holidays, and a flexible PTO policy.
