About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with potential customer accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging daily with new account leads, providing exceptional customer support, and attending account management meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Sales: Utilize your knowledge of the account and territory to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer support to each individual, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Account Management: Attend regular meetings with account managers to discuss account progress and provide updates on sales activity.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information and provide thorough answers to customer questions.
  • Documentation: Accurately document and track sales activity and trends within the region and assigned accounts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, with demonstrated success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, eagerness to develop a leadership mentality, and ability to travel for customer meetings and conferences.
