Senior Business Development Representative

At Pristine Telecommunications, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Representative to join our Marketing and Sales Ambassador team. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in engaging with clients, customers, and fellow team members in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Consulting with local community members daily to evaluate their needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations.
- Guiding consumers through the sign-up and account activation process, ensuring seamless support throughout the journey.
- Collaborating with our Marketing and Sales Ambassador team to deliver and execute various initiatives that align with our brand's marketing objectives.
- Monitoring personal progress, analyzing presentation outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance relationship-building skills and presentation quality.
- Participating in virtual training sessions, networking meetings, and brainstorming sessions with C-Suite executives and industry leaders to stay updated on market trends and best practices.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- 1-2 years of experience in a hands-on setting, preferably in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Zoom to effectively communicate and collaborate with the team.
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player, taking ownership of projects and delivering results.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with high emotional intelligence to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
- A reputation as a forward-thinker, thought leader, and lifelong learner, always looking to refine and improve personal skills.
What We Offer
Pristine Telecommunications provides a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development. Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
