We are in search of an Insurance Sales Representative to become a part of our vibrant team. The base salary is between $33,000 and $37,000 annually, complemented by tiered commissions ranging from 3% to 12%. First-year on-target earnings (OTE) are projected to be between $50,000 and $90,000, with additional bonus opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to highlight product advantages.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement and satisfaction through regular communication.
  • Actively pursue referrals and broaden professional networks.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the organization.
  • Initiate cold calls to identify potential clients.
  • Set and meet sales targets within designated timeframes.
  • Address objections and negotiate terms to finalize agreements.

Qualifications
  • Licensing Requirements: Candidates must obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed). Licensing assistance is available if needed.
  • Preferred candidates would already possess their license, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Comfortable using basic computer applications.
  • A collaborative and supportive team member who contributes to a positive work environment.
  • A proactive and motivated individual who can take initiative without constant supervision.
