Job Description:

The Truck Repair Team Lead is responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair of fleet diesel equipment, ensuring quality and safety through preventative maintenance inspections and diagnostics. The salary for this role is estimated at around $65,000 per year, based on industry standards.

Duties:

  1. Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery.
  2. Adjust and replace brakes, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment.
  3. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

A High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent Experience and 5-7 years of practical experience with truck and tractor-trailer maintenance are required.
