Truck Repair Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
The Fleet Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of fleet diesel equipment, which includes:
- Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition.
- Complete and perform quality maintenance on minor repairs of fleet diesel equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units).
- Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system.
Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $72,000, based on industry standards and location.
