Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing housekeeping, laundry, and dining services to ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and dining staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with clients and residents to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills with ability to maintain records and complete reports
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to work around food and cleaning products
  • Must live in the service area
