About the Role

Brosnan Risk Consultants is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to support the Fleet Team with vehicle operational readiness. This role will be responsible for tracking and reporting of Fleet Vehicles, managing insurance lists, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the SVP - Fleet & Logistics and Director of Fleet in facilitating requests.
  • Aggregate, Coordinate, Update and Manage Brosnan's vehicle databases across multiple vendors and platforms.
  • Manage/Coordinate Brosnan's insurance list for vehicles (direct coordination of additions/subtractions with vendor).
  • Coordinate amongst Fleet Managers, Finance, BCC to accurately distribute job level vehicle assignment and costs.
  • Coordinate, track, resolve vehicle disposals with Fleet Managers and Lessors from pickup and 'bill stop' to credit realization.
  • Plate issuance/collection, insurance card management, registration coordination.
  • Research and Analysis projects alongside SVP and finance (fuel analysis, bid analysis, etc); Ad Hoc reporting.
  • Data Management for consistency and integrity.
  • Support/backup in handling local vehicle transport, delivery, etc.
Requirements
  • Strong skills in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational skills and strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to constructively collaborate with senior associates across multiple business units (internal) and vendors (external).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be resourceful and able to think on your feet in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience or familiarity working with vehicles a plus.
  • Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
Working Conditions

This role may require after-hours or weekend work. Schedule - Days/Shift Time: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Hybrid 4 days on-site/1 day remote.
