Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information on product features and benefits.
  • Engage in limited inside sales activities; no cold calling required.
  • Prepare and follow up on product proposals, quotes, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process orders, secure proof approvals, and deliver outstanding customer service and support.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and uphold the company's Commitment to Excellence.
  • Conduct onboarding calls for new clients utilizing Prophase Marketing services.
  • Manage incoming client cases for the RepeatRewards loyalty program.
  • Track products for customers effectively.
  • Resolve customer issues or conflicts with the goal of achieving one-touch resolutions or promptly escalating as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Professional demeanor, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong customer service orientation and a touch of sales acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating positivity, respect, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to retain critical information and instructions.
  • Capability to address complex problems within a customer service context.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and master new products, features, and systems.
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, coupled with a sense of urgency and persuasive abilities.
  • Adaptable and able to manage ambiguity or sudden changes in priorities.
  • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with telephone etiquette.
  • Understanding of direct mail processes is advantageous.

Education and Experience

  • Postsecondary education or significant relevant work experience preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience in customer service or inside sales is advantageous, but not required.
