Portland Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Care is seeking a skilled Client Service Representative to join our emergency department team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service and support to our clients and patients in emergency and urgent situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a calm and welcoming environment for clients and patients by delivering exceptional client service
- Answer and respond to incoming communications, including phone calls and emails
- Communicate client and patient needs to the emergency medical team
- Perform routine office duties, such as scanning and faxing
