Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through strategic sourcing methods, including market research and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for mortgage sales positions within our call center setting.
  • Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates, understanding their career aspirations and motivations to effectively pitch opportunities within our organization.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, and interest in available positions.
  • Utilize advanced interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with our organization's values and goals.
  • Make recommendations to hiring managers on competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sourcing and recruitment strategies to optimize candidate quality, time-to-fill, and overall hiring effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Sales Recruiter.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring loan officers in a call center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. Workday experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
