Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through strategic sourcing methods, including market research and networking events.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for mortgage sales positions within our call center setting.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates, understanding their career aspirations and motivations to effectively pitch opportunities within our organization.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, and interest in available positions.
- Utilize advanced interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with our organization's values and goals.
- Make recommendations to hiring managers on competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
- Continuously evaluate and refine sourcing and recruitment strategies to optimize candidate quality, time-to-fill, and overall hiring effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Sales Recruiter.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring loan officers in a call center environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. Workday experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
