Part-Time Entertainment Center Team Member

Part-Time | Hourly Pay Rate: $14.50 | 2nd Shift | Schedule varies based on operational needs.

Days Off: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday | Tuesday to Friday: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM | Thursday: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM | Saturday: 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM
Weekly access to earned wages is available for this role.

Objective: The Entertainment Center Team Member is responsible for delivering exceptional entertainment options to guests, ensuring a memorable experience at the center. You will report to the supervisors, shift manager, and the director of the entertainment district.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests, provide detailed information, and respond to inquiries regarding facilities, entertainment options, rules, and regulations.

2. Conduct minor repairs on gaming equipment as instructed by management.

3. Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, including stocking supplies.

4. Oversee event activities to guarantee compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

5. Handle payment transactions efficiently.

6. Execute opening, mid-day, or closing tasks, including cleaning and maintenance as per shift requirements.

7. Inspect equipment regularly to confirm functionality and report any wear, damage, or issues to management promptly.

8. Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proficient in operating computers, cash registers, and credit card processing equipment Basic reading comprehension skills Ability to maintain focus amid distractions Strong customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor and a collaborative attitude Minimum one year of experience in cash handling and customer interaction roles
