Weekly access to earned wages is available for this role.

Job Purpose: The Entertainment Center Associate is responsible for delivering engaging entertainment options to enhance the guest experience. You will report to the supervisors, shift manager, and the director of the entertainment district.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests, provide information, and respond to inquiries regarding facilities, entertainment options, and policies.

2. Conduct minor repairs on gaming equipment as instructed by management.

3. Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas.

4. Oversee event activities to guarantee compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

5. Handle payment transactions efficiently.

6. Execute opening, mid-day, or closing duties, including cleaning and maintenance tasks as per shift requirements.

7. Inspect equipment to confirm functionality and report any wear, damage, or issues to management promptly.

8. Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Proficient in operating computers, cash registers, and credit card processing equipment Basic reading comprehension skills Ability to maintain focus amid distractions Strong customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor and a collaborative spirit Minimum one year of experience in cash handling and customer interaction roles
