Job Purpose: The Entertainment Center Team Member is responsible for delivering exceptional entertainment experiences to guests, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere. You will report to the supervisors, shift manager, and the director of the entertainment center.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests, provide information, and respond to inquiries regarding facilities, entertainment options, rules, and regulations.

2. Carry out minor repairs on gaming equipment as instructed by management.

3. Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas.

4. Oversee event activities to guarantee compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

5. Handle payment transactions efficiently.

6. Conduct opening, mid-day, or closing tasks, including cleaning and maintenance duties as per shift requirements.

7. Inspect equipment for functionality and report any wear, damage, or issues to management promptly.

8. Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Proficient in operating computers, cash registers, and credit card processing equipment. Basic reading and comprehension skills. Ability to maintain focus amidst distractions. Strong customer service skills, a positive demeanor, and a collaborative attitude. Minimum one year of experience in cash handling and customer interaction roles.
