Job Summary

The Treasury Services Wire Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's financial transactions. This position is responsible for processing wire transfers, managing cash flows, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers in accordance with company procedures
  • Assist bank staff and customers with wire transfer needs, providing timely and accurate information
  • Research and resolve issues related to wire transfers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage currency orders and assist with Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including administrative tasks and special projects
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required; additional post-high school courses preferred
  • Minimum one year of banking experience, with a focus on treasury services or cash management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel
Working Conditions

This role operates in a professional office environment, with regular use of standard office equipment. The employee must be able to sit for extended periods, with occasional standing, walking, and bending. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
