Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team at the University of New Mexico - Hospitals. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to patients and families
  • Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement educational programs to enhance patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2 years of direct experience in a clinical setting
  • Current RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification
  • Nationally certified in area of specialty (optional)
