About the Role

The Business Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in connecting the technical landscape with business needs. This position involves gathering requirements and utilizing data analytics to evaluate processes, identify issues, opportunities, and solutions that inform business decisions regarding new or modified information systems services. You will also oversee the identification and resolution of system data maintenance issues and troubleshoot hardware and network-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical assistance to end users by identifying and resolving system data maintenance issues, along with troubleshooting hardware and network problems.
  • Provide Level 1 operational support for systems.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation for system services while advising on their effective use.
  • Implement and execute relevant measurement and reporting practices to facilitate planning, control, review, and auditing of services to achieve agreed-upon Key Performance Indicator targets.
  • Offer consultation and support for the installation of information systems services or modifications to existing services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with Blue Yonder Suite (WMS, TMS, OMS, LMS) or a minimum of 2 years in Distribution Center operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Candidates must possess work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the United States.
