  • Adhere to Safe Work Practices: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safe work practices and rules.
  • Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Assemble, setup, and disassemble multiple types of production equipment for processing and packaging.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain 6S of key production equipment not limited to a specific manufacturing area.
  • Autonomous Maintenance: Perform autonomous maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
  • Equipment Operation within Designated Area: Operate specific equipment within a designated area as directed by work instructions.
  • Meet Daily Production Goals: Meet daily production goals and requirements.
  • Product Quality and Equipment Adjustments: Responsible for product quality and makes adjustments to equipment as necessary.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure weights and methods are accurate and all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Paperwork Completion: Proper completion of required paperwork.
  • Follow GMPs and QCPs: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Quality Control Procedures (QCPs) at all times.
  • Report Safety and Maintenance Concerns: Immediately report safety and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Train and Instruct Team Members: Train and instruct other team members how to properly operate equipment.
  • Coordinate with Multiple Departments: Coordinate with multiple departments to meet production demands.
  • Interface with Manufacturing Computer Systems: Interface with basic manufacturing computer systems for inventory and machine control.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in Running Machinery: Proficient in running machinery.
  • Proficient in Setting Up Machinery: Proficient in setting up machinery.
