This position reports to

Warehouse Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this position, you will have the chance to develop and implement technical training programs for both internal and external clients concerning products, systems, and/or technologies in line with contractual obligations and budgetary constraints. Daily, you will oversee the delivery of training utilizing the appropriate products and materials. You will also demonstrate your expertise by helping to identify and determine suitable training courses for clients. The work model for this role is: onsite. This position contributes to the Electrification Installation Products division in Byhalia. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Working 2nd Shift hours: 4 PM - 12 AM
• Preparing training materials and equipment necessary for new product training sessions.
• Providing relevant internal stakeholders with all documentation required for invoicing.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction through training and support processes.
• Organizing and arranging products, tools, peripherals, and documentation required for training courses.

Team Dynamics

Qualifications for the role
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a preference for completed training.
  • 5 or more years of experience in distribution or manufacturing operations.
  • 3 or more years of experience in training equipment operators and operations teams.
  • Certified operator for order picker, reach truck, counterbalance, and power jack equipment.
  • Ideal candidates will hold certification as a trainer from a recognized agency for power equipment.
  • Candidates must possess work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the US.
