Technical Training Manager

Your role and responsibilities

The Customer Quality Support Specialist serves as the primary contact for addressing post-shipping discrepancies from the distribution network for clients and business partners of the Installation Products in the United States. In this capacity, you will leverage your customer service expertise to assist the Distribution Center team by addressing customer inquiries. This role is expected to operate onsite to effectively meet the facility's needs. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and assisting in necessary escalations to foster a positive customer experience through regular updates and clarifications.
  • Providing effective resolutions to customers with post-shipping concerns by collaborating with internal resources to rectify issues.
  • Monitoring the progress of all inquiries to guarantee timely and comprehensive resolutions.
  • Coordinating with Distribution Center Operations teams to keep internal and external customers informed about order statuses and operational timelines.
Qualifications for the role
  • High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree in business, communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Customer Service or a related field, particularly in a CSR role handling both telephone and email inquiries in the industrial sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both in written correspondence and verbally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience with SalesForce is advantageous.
  • Candidates must possess valid work authorization to be employed by ABB in the US.
