Building strong relationships with legal peers and key stakeholders will be essential in providing effective legal and strategic counsel to support the organization's objectives.
There is an opportunity to lead and mentor junior team members, depending on your level of experience.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold a Juris Doctor degree and be qualified to practice in the United States, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a respected law firm or multinational corporation is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing commercial transactions, particularly in the technology and digital sectors, is required.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Experience in intellectual property law is advantageous.
- Ability to balance legal requirements with business goals is crucial.
- Familiarity with process management and the development and implementation of corporate policies is highly valued.
- Proven capability to navigate complex organizational structures efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence, collaborate, and build partnerships with legal colleagues and business units.
