Support the management of front office activities, including the supervision of front desk personnel, in alignment with established guest service and sustainability benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:


Conduct interviews, select, train, schedule, mentor, and assist team members, ensuring adherence to established brand or hotel standards and alignment with core company values.

Oversee all front office functions during the absence of the Front Office Manager or Assistant General Manager.

Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and strive to enhance departmental and overall guest contentment.

Assist in the oversight of front office financial activities and ensure compliance with accounting protocols and procedures.

Contribute to the development, execution, and assessment of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual departmental budgets and forecasts.

Review and submit capital budget items for approval as necessary.

Address guest correspondence and incident reports; guide staff based on the information received.


Ensure front office supplies and merchandise for retail areas are adequately stocked, with inventory maintained.

Collaborate with the Sales department to ensure group resumes and rooming lists are accurately recorded and updated.

Monitor guest room occupancy to optimize usage and minimize overbooking.

Adhere to sustainability practices and guidelines related to the company's environmental initiatives.

Follow safe work practices, utilize protective equipment, and comply with safety standards.

Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Position Requirements:

Preferred qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor's degree.

1 to 3 years of experience in hospitality, particularly in front desk operations.

Work Environment:

Work schedules may vary, including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.

Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and various physical movements.
