- Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage and route incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as formatting documents, assisting with mail distribution, and making copies.
- Maintain the Outlook calendar by scheduling meetings and events.
- Facilitate meeting arrangements as needed.
- Coordinate the booking of conference rooms via Outlook.
- Provide support to C-Suite Executive Assistants when required.
- Ensure the main lobby and first-floor kitchen are kept tidy and organized.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff within the organization.
