About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Customer Support Specialist - Events to join our team at Warning Lites of Minnesota. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support for our events, ensuring that our customers' expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert customer service and support for events, including communication with customers and attendance at customer meetings.
  • Develop and implement plans, including maps and timelines, to ensure successful event execution.
  • Formulate quotes for estimator review and assist in the implementation of plans, including occasional field work.
  • Assist the crew with shop/yard tasks and handle any overflow work requests from the division manager.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, working independently with a high degree of problem-solving.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency and 4-6 years of traffic control or construction trades work experience or any satisfactory combination of experience and training.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment effectively, including desktop/laptop, printer, copier, and phone, and a smartphone to accomplish work tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Paint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with external and internal customers in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, working independently with a high degree of problem-solving.
