We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Reliable Home Health. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments and managing client/employee files
  • Answering phone calls and providing information to applicants and callers
  • Performing clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
  • Checking applicant records for completeness and accuracy
  • Providing simple information and instructions to applicants and other callers
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required

Compensation:

$35,360 annual salary, paid time off, and benefits package available. Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
