Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive salary with uncapped commission potential. Our top performers have achieved average earnings of $67,600 - $78,322 in their second to third year, while the minimum salary is $40,000. You will also enjoy comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Communicate effectively with the sales team and customers to establish and maintain ongoing relationships.
  • MANAGE SHIPMENT ACTIVITIES: Resolve issues promptly to ensure timely pickup and delivery, collaborating closely with the support team to guarantee seamless shipment servicing.
  • Negotiate Competitive Pricing: Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates, leveraging our state-of-the-art systems to input, update, and manage shipment information.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • COLLEGE DEGREE: A degree from an accredited institution is preferred but not required.
  • PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, being forthright about conflicts and capable of working effectively with the latest technologies.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION: Showcase an obsession for great customer service, ensuring that every interaction meets the highest standards.
