Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Branch 40 as a Industrial Staffing Account Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to generate qualified job orders from top companies in the light industrial staffing market.

Staff Force is a well-established provider of temporary, direct hire and light industrial staffing solutions to Texas employers. With a strong reputation for quality and service, we have built lasting relationships with businesses across the state.

The Role:

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and other client representatives, and delivering qualified candidates to fulfill job requisitions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate qualified job orders from top companies in the light industrial staffing market.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other client representatives.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly quota, with a target of $800 in new GP$ in a 4-week month and $1000 in a 5-week month.

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental and vision insurance, long and short-term disability, life insurance, vacation and holiday pay, 401k retirement plan, and partial gym membership paid.
