Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, achieving mutually agreed upon targets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of insurance and financial products, including State Farm's offerings, to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Property and Casualty license, with a willingness to obtain.
