Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Coordinator to join our team at GoCo. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our employee benefits programs, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with administrators, brokers, and carriers to resolve benefit-related inquiries and issues
  • Assist in the planning and execution of benefit builds and renewals, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and update the benefit sync dashboard, monitoring for discrepancies and resolving promptly
  • Develop and manage EDI files and carrier form builds, ensuring efficient data exchange

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Technical skills and project management experience
  • Customer-oriented experience preferred
