JOB SUMMARY:

This position is for a per diem/1099 Clinical Specialist/Clinical Educator. The Clinical Specialist will be responsible for enhancing and facilitating clinical education regarding the company's medical devices to both existing and prospective clients. You will provide training and implement medical devices at client locations, conducting in-services for healthcare professionals in various facilities focused on intravenous patient monitoring.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be available for assignments lasting 3 to 5 days across various locations in the United States.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver product training and in-services for healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to conduct product demonstrations.
  • Oversee the successful execution of evaluation trials and implementations.
  • Ensure that client expectations are met or surpassed.
  • Document all activities, communications, and planned initiatives in the company's CRM system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent with an R.N. designation is mandatory.
  • Robust clinical and industry experience with a comprehensive understanding of intravenous therapy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in teaching and technical training for medical devices.
  • Ability to represent the company positively and cultivate strong relationships.
  • Credentialing must be completed within 30 days of employment.
  • Team-oriented with effective leadership capabilities.
  • Energetic and willing to work remotely in a home office setting, with the capacity for long hours and significant travel.
  • Flexibility to cover various nursing shifts within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, taking initiative without prompting and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient documentation practices and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • A reliable vehicle is required for local assignments, or the ability to travel for assignments.
  • Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Availability to accommodate in-service coverage needs with advance notice.
  • Ability to cover travel expenses and submit receipts for reimbursement as travel is a requirement.
