Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Clinical Specialist to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents and promoting regulatory compliance in our skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to facility administrators, directors of nursing, and other staff members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of facility operations to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills in areas such as Medicare reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with facility staff to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote regulatory compliance and quality care.
  • Provide support and guidance to facility staff in areas such as staff development, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • Current Texas RN licensure.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility, preferably in a clinical or regulatory role.
