We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing microservices using Spring Boot, Jackson, API, AXWAY/KONG API Gateway, Apache Tomcat, Java, JSON API, Oracle, and AWS/OpenShift cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop microservices using Spring Boot, Jackson, API, AXWAY/KONG API Gateway, Apache Tomcat, Java, JSON API, Oracle, and AWS/OpenShift cloud.
- Develop and maintain high-quality Java code, ensuring it meets the required standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Participate in Agile project planning, estimation, and execution.
- Develop and maintain unit test cases using Java Test Framework (JUnits, Mockito).
- Identify and troubleshoot vulnerabilities and Sonar issues, and remediate with appropriate Sonar rules compliant solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our systems and processes.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on microservices architecture.
- Expertise in Java 8 version or later.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful Web Services.
- Strong understanding of Agile project management principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Team player with a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot vulnerabilities and Sonar issues and remediate with appropriate Sonar rules compliant solutions.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Kafka integration.
- Knowledge of OCP4 configs and deployment.
- Knowledge of Secret Vaulting.
- Experience working in Agile projects.
- Knowledge of CI/CD process.
