Administrative Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. This role involves providing personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor information in our database.
- Manage prospect and donor list reports, provide updates to the donor database, and track donors who respond to marketing efforts.
- Process outright gifts from donors, record and acknowledge donations, and coordinate gift processing.
- Prepare invoices, reimbursement requests, reports, memos, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office 365.
- Assist with quarterly reports for Senior Director of Philanthropy, Territorial Headquarters, and Divisional meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle incoming and outgoing calls, and maintain confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with the development department team members and provide administrative support as needed.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, TEAMS, SharePoint, and Salesforce software.
**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
