We are seeking a qualified Systems Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance. This role entails providing comprehensive systems engineering support for extensive systems, major components, and interconnected systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering expert systems engineering guidance in areas such as architecture, design, development, requirements analysis, data flow, network design, and testing.
  • Creating detailed system architecture and operational concept presentations, generating system requirements, and developing necessary documentation.
  • Leading system development and implementation planning through the assessment and preparation of engineering management plans and integration/test plans.
  • Collaborating with software development, testing, integration, deployment, and sustainment teams.

This position will involve a hybrid work format, balancing onsite and remote work.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of systems engineering experience, particularly in system design and requirements development for large integrated systems.
  • Experience with programs that include system architecture, requirements analysis, process execution, and evaluation.
  • A solid understanding of secure systems engineering and development practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Commitment to best practices in engineering is expected.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with model-based systems engineering is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with software engineering, development, testing, and documentation is desirable.
  • Experience in GEOINT is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The full-time salary range for this position is $208,890. This range is determined based on various factors, including market conditions and individual qualifications.
