The Price Coordinator will be responsible for store pricing for all departments under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager. This role requires the ability to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of pricing strategies to ensure accurate and competitive pricing across all departments.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to analyze sales data and make informed pricing decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Working Environment

The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, requiring physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling, as well as visual and auditory demands.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail pricing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: Minimum wage (depending on location) up to $17.00 hourly.
