Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional member service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional member service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of member transactions, including handling returns, exchanges, and price adjustments.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions, sales, and new products.
- Work collaboratively with other sales floor team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
