About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mobile Associate to join our Store-in-Store team. As a Mobile Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Recommend wireless solutions and onboard customers to ensure their satisfaction and deepen relationships.
  • Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best possible experience for customers.
  • Partner with home store locations to properly onboard customers and perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening, and closing procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 Months of Customer Service and/or Sales Experience, Retail Environment (Preferred)
  • Passionate Customer Advocate with the Desire to Be Yourself When Connecting and Having Fun with Our Customers (Required)
  • Desire to Be a Part of the Game-Changing T-Mobile Store Team (Required)
  • Competitive Drive and Confidence to Succeed in a Fast-Paced Sales Environment (Required)
What We Offer

As a Mobile Associate, you will receive on-the-job training and be eligible for incentive pay while completing training milestones. Once completed, you will promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, and are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.

We cover all of the bases, offering medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays. We also offer mobile service and home internet discounts, pet insurance, and access to commuter and transit programs.
