  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, equipment, and service areas.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Ensure food is served at the correct temperatures and portion sizes.
  • Provide customers with accurate information about menu items, including ingredients and pricing.
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Assist customers with payment processes.
  • Adhere to safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
  • Regularly check and maintain cleanliness of restrooms.
  • Refill soda fountain syrup as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 months experience in food service.
  • Completion of training programs as required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Understanding of food allergies and dietary restrictions.
  • Valid Food Handlers Permit is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Availability for flexible shifts and extended hours.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
