About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Hudson Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our specialty retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Know and maintain high standards of product knowledge and store layout to assist customers in their selection of products.
  • Effectively operate a cash register and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in high-fashion or electronics.
  • Ability to lift at least 40lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings on weekdays and weekends.
