Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Hobby Lobby. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Meet sales goals by suggesting products to customers, promoting sales, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
