About Your Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to our store. Assist customers in finding the products they need and provide expert advice on pet care and nutrition.
  • Pet Care: Ensure the health and well-being of all living pets in our store, including fish, reptiles, birds, and small animals. Provide guidance on pet care and nutrition to customers.
  • Merchandising & Inventory: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store, including stocking shelves and rotating merchandise. Help to create visually appealing displays and ensure that products are priced correctly.
