As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience across various business sectors (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within the store, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on achieving results.
  • Building lasting relationships with customers from the initial greeting through post-sale follow-up.
  • Consistently applying benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encouraging team selling and positively influencing the store's sales volume and performance metrics.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and other related projects, including conducting merchandise inventory counts.
  • Managing the cash register and processing transactions at the point of sale.
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to access merchandise and supplies, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

The starting pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.25, with potential increases based on merit, tenure with the company, and other relevant factors.

We consider each individual's skills, background, and experience when determining final compensation. Base pay information is influenced by market location and may be subject to applicable wage laws.

Employees may have the opportunity to work across multiple store locations and brands voluntarily.
