Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our warehouse operations. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting inventory data, conducting cycle counts, and implementing perpetual inventory systems.

About the Role:

  • Accurately maintain and report inventory records, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement perpetual inventory systems, ensuring data accuracy and inventory control.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Compile and analyze inventory metrics, providing recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain databases and reports to support inventory control analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, with a focus on inventory control and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move inventory, with the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Forklift certification and previous experience with warehouse management software a plus.
